This program provides urgent relief to individuals and families in need of food, clothing, personal care items, cleaning supplies, and toiletries. Beyond immediate assistance, we connect them to essential resources to prevent homelessness, joblessness, hunger, mental health issues, and other social challenges. Bridge Tha Gap acts as a liaison, guiding individuals and families to the right support without duplicating existing resources. We foster collaboration among stakeholders to achieve sustainable solutions, working together towards common goals.
Bridge Tha Gap provides the community with a social entrepreneurial empowerment program prioritizing Black Indigenous People of color (BIPOC). This program will match aspiring business owners with seasoned mentors/sponsors and give scholarships to qualified participants that will assist in the growth of their business.The program focuses on:Empowerment, Relationship building, Professional Networking, Community building in underserved areas.
